[Bug 1029032] [NEW] Xubuntu 64 (Quantal) alternate install with encrypted LVM failed

I followed procedure described at http://testcases.qa.ubuntu.com/Install/AlternateEncryptedLvm 
Instalation fails at 'Select and install software' step. I run manually GRUB install. After restart, machine fails to boot
