Tested in VMWare, VisualBox and physical hardware.  All working now for
the first time since release.

  precise2quantal do-release-upgrade failed

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  After the update of the quantal do-realse-upgrade just under an hour
  ago, a new error is preventing from upgrade to quantal from precise.
  Below is the text shown when executing sudo do-realease-upgrade -d. No
  log for apt found in /var/log/dist-upgrade/apt-log.

  Reading cache

  A fatal error occurred

  Please report this as a bug and include the files
  /var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log and /var/log/dist-upgrade/apt.log in
  your report. The upgrade has aborted.
  Your original sources.list was saved in
  /etc/apt/sources.list.distUpgrade.
