[Bug 1027594] [NEW] Launcher icon size slider vanished from "appearance" tab - no way to change icon size.

Ubuntu 12.04 - new release has lost the ability to change size of icons
on the launcher.  There should be a slider (as described in the online
help) in the "appearance" window  under "system settings" - but it is no
longer there!  Please fix this error in the next Update.
