  KDE dist upgrade 9.10 -> 10.4 Beta via update-notifier-kde -d
  problem with package openoffice.org-filter-binfilter-1:3.2.0~c4-1ubuntu1
  seems to be a pre-release version or black-listed 

  Bug in the Bug:
  the error msg is bi-lingual in German and English and a mystery to me
