Sorry, but this is not an actionable bug report.  If your CPU is running
hot, this is most likely due to CPU load; you will need to investigate
the root cause and report a bug against the software responsible using
the 'ubuntu-bug' command.  I don't see any way that the update-notifier
package is the root cause here.
