Using Ubuntu 12.04, whatever package contains the fstab.h found at
/usr/include/fstab.h.
This is a bug in the documentation, and probably not critical since I
can't imagine UC Berkeley bringing a lawsuit up. Still, I mention it
since it would be more professional if it were cleaned up and would only
take 5 minutes or less.
As I was studying C and reading through source code to understand Linux
on a deeper level, I noticed that the license in the source code
comments at the top was incomplete. There is a numbered list of points
that Berkeley (the copyright holder) requires one to comply with, but
point 3 is missing.
The location of the file is /usr/include/fstab.h
I'm not at my workplace right now (where I'm converting several labs
from Windows 7 to Ubuntu 12.04), but on my Mac at home the
/usr/include/fstab.h the license as following:
