Title:
Graphical SSH passphrase prompt does not come up in front/foreground
  of guake terminal (focus)

Status in “guake” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in “openssh” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
Graphical SSH passphrase prompt does not come up in front/foreground
  of guake terminal (focus).

  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Open a Guake Terminal
  2) SSH into a machine which requires pubkey auth

  What happens:
Graphical SSH Passphrase window shows up behind the terminal and blocks interface. One must click on it to see it.

  Expected:
-Passphrase should be asked from the command line (how would I change this?)
-GUI passphrase window should be on top of all other windows
