I think this can be due to the wrong sourceforge download url? The url
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/corefonts/andale32.exe does not seem to
be valid... probably it should be
http://sourceforge.net/projects/corefonts/files/the%20fonts/final/andale32.exe/download
