Bug description:
There appears to be a problem with the Ubuntu 12.10 upgrader. An error
message popped up while using a live DVD this is normally followed by
two error messages while I install 12.10, one saying the installer
crashed and the other saying the install medium is faulty even though
the install medium is new, with no scratches.
