Bug description:
  $ update-manager -d
  authenticate 'quantal.tar.gz' against 'quantal.tar.gz.gpg' 
  extracting 'quantal.tar.gz'
  can't load DistUpgradeViewGtk3 (Failed to open file '/tmp/update-manager-eFrYgB/DistUpgrade.ui': No such file or directory)


  $ lsb_release -rd
