Title:
  shortcut for specifying colocated branches

Status in Bazaar Version Control System:
  Fix Released
Status in “bzr” package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
at the moment it is possible to specify colocated branches in URLs.
This works, but is quite annoying for local use. It would be nice if
there was a shortcut to using colocated branches, e.g.:

   ../localpath,branch=foo

  or perhaps even:

   ../localpath,foo

This is mostly a matter of tweaking bzrlib.transport.location_to_url.
