Setting to verificatin-done on the grounds that I run this on my box
since the it is in -proposed and could not find any regressions. Plus I
did a testrun in a clean VM and couldn't find any regressions there
either.

- this only happens on a system with broken dependencies so that "apt-get dist-upgrade" throws a error. a regression check should be enough here.
