[Bug 1022691] [NEW] NBS: port from libgdu0 to libudisks-2

Public bug reported:

update-notifier uses libgdu0 for detecting CDROMs.  However libgdu0 is
no longer being built by gnome-disk-utility.  update-notifier therefore
needs to be ported to using libudisks-2, or simply configured to run
without the CDROM detection support.
