This bug was fixed in the package lubuntu-artwork - 0.29

* First update for the 12.10 theme.

- Add new binary for 12.10 artwork.

- Add icons for the panel with the 24 size.

Bug description:
It is not possible to manually change an existing partition. The
partition can be selected, but there is no possibility of choosing a
file system, etc.
