Fabio I was testing the daily Ubuntu Desktop amd64 and encountered what
I believe is the same as this bug.  Anyway, I tried with a persistent
USB went directly into the Ubunut scroll and then into a dead dark
screen no cursor.  I then tried a USB created with the dd command and it
booted in the same manner.  Then, I typed "s" right after my bios screen
and I got the selections to choose language and try or install.

Bug description:
  Hallo
  Are days that starting regularry from an usb+persistence (the behavior is the same from a DVD), it don't show plymouth and jump directly into the live session without display the window of Ubiquity-DM asking if I want to try or install.
