[Bug 1021872] [NEW] precise to quantal: No view can be imported, aborting

Short version: ./DistUpgrade.cfg is missing

Long version:
When upgrading the downloaded upgrade package crashes with an error message, that pretty much just says that the key Files/BackupExt was not found, since there is no config file:
