My Ubuntu 12.04 automatically updated itself today, and after that, no matter what kinds of software I install, some error will be prompted like this:

If I install software using the "apt-get" command under command line, I can press "y" or "N" to make the installation continue. However, if I install software using the Ubuntu software center, I cannot press "y" or "N" anymore and the installation will pause forever.
