Bug description:
  Release of Ubuntu:12.10
  Package Version:Installed: 1:0.165
  Expected Results: it works
  Actual Results: it close itself without notify

  Hallo
  Trying to run an update from UI, it update the cash and propose the partial upgrade, but when I click on continue, it close itself without error notify.
  Launched from terminal it return that:

   Error accessing /usr/lib/ubuntu-release-upgrader/do-partial-upgrade:
  No such file or directory

  Complete terminal output:
