  11.10 reinstall erasing previous crashes

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  previous crash #1020252 occured during language packs, this crash
  occured and gave a line that said the hdd is faulty. this is not the
  case unless ubuntu screwed up my hdd when the upgrade to 12.04 failed.
