Bug description:
  When upgrading from LTS to LTS+1, APT gets stuck in an unresolvable
  loop, because ubuntu-minimal Depends on the obsolete libc6-i686. A
  simple cure would be to make libc6 Conflicts and Provides libc6-i686.
