[Bug 923822] [NEW] AptSetup failed

Testing Xubuntu and Kubuntu 20110130 desktop amd64 installation, ubiquity crash with apt problem.
This isn't present in Ubuntu
It stop the install process jumping to the popup of the end of installation and restart, letting system unbootable at reboot
