[Bug 922926] [NEW] missing horizontal scrollbar on keyboard layout

Public bug reported:

On the keyboard layout page of the installer, it's not possible to see
the full text of the right panel because it's missing the horizontal
scroll bar. (see attached picture)

I've just downloaded the precise installer.
