removing duplicate it crashes in a different function

   command-not-found crashed in advise with: UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xe9' in position 45: ordinal not in range(128)

  TEST CASE
  1. On a french Precise run in a terminal:
  $ LC_ALL=C thisapplicationdoesntexists

  ACTUAL RESULT:
  crash

  EXPECTED RESULT
  The usual command-not-found output when an application is not installed or doesn't exists

  Note that I removed the call of main though crash_guard in command-
  not-found to catch this error otherwise it just says it crashed
  without any useful information.
