[Bug 919909] Re: failed fresh install on dell inspiron one all in one computer. could be failed hdd. windows installs without issue. have tried ubuntu at least a dozen times, this time it was the furthest it got. i also tried formatting the drive, force erasing it, (tabernus dod 7 wipe), also tried previous versions of ubuntu as far back as the 10.04 lts

better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears
to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security
issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to
cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.
