Title:
building busybox without -marm on armel makes several binaries
  unusable

Status in “busybox” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: busybox

if busybox is built without -marm on armel targets it builds fine but
things like "reboot -f" stop working in a busybox environment. there
might be more commands that dont work, the reboot one is just obvious
on the preinstalled arm images currently
