[Bug 922405] [NEW] enable ideapad trackpad/trackpoint toggle

Hi,

Currently, the 'lenovo-ideapad' file that come withs udev specifies that
scancode f2 is trackpad toggle, but doesn't map it correctly. This patch
seeks to address that. Also includes scancode f3 because the way idea
pad works is that it alternately emits scancode f2 and f3 as you press
the "trackpad toggle" button. For reference, please see bug 784946.
