It looks like something is misconfigured on your system:

ls: cannot access /var/lib/os-prober/mount/boot
Boot: No such file or directory
/etc/grub.d/windows: 1: menuentry: not found
/etc/grub.d/windows: 2: recordfail: not found
/etc/grub.d/windows: 3: Syntax error: word unexpected (expecting ")")
User postinst hook script [/usr/sbin/update-grub] exited with value 2

I would investigate the file /etc/grub.d/windows and see what if it is
misconfigured.
