[Bug 919865] [NEW] Packages should be downloaded before entering the password at new installation

Public bug reported:

In the Update Manager now packages will be updated without a password.
However, when new packages are associated with installation you must
enter the password. The download does not start until after the correct
password.

I would welcome it if the download is already upon entering the password
in the background starts. Thus a total of faster update process is
progressing. Is that possible for Ubuntu 12.04?

Sorry for my bad english.

** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
