Accepted update-notifier into oneiric-proposed, the package will build
now and be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here.

Bug description:
  As discussed at UDS this changes the default delay to check for release upgrades from 7 days to 14 days. See

  TEST CASE:
  - fix is pretty trivial regression test should be enough, alternatively faketime could be used
