[Bug 917124] [NEW] copying files to dev/sda4 crash

trying to install  ubuntu 11.10 copying file it running live cds to
dev/sda/ext4 we crashed install was basic got to try or install hit
install thats it. running home burnt live cd ran intregity test first
everything ok
