Title:
Policykit: Authentication needed to run gsd-backlight-helper
  (brightness on laptop)

Status in “pkgbinarymangler” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
After a recent update I have to authenticate whenever I try to adjust
the screen brightness on my laptop via the brightness key on the
keyboard. Every pressing of the key requires a password.

Expected behavior - like the volume, I should be able to adjust the
brightness w/o having to provide a password.
