During the upgrade the network was out and update manager was unable to
continue, when addressed the problem of the network, try to continue
with the download of updates but the Manager did not find any missing
package and still gives me this error.

Summary update manager can not resume the download of updates when
installing update packages and gives an error of connection, nor save
downloaded for further updating packages.

Why is there not a "retry" option when the download is broken for any
reason?
