Bug description:
In the check-new-release-gtk dialog; I clicked the Release Notes
link/button at the lower left corner of the window, and it opened a
  browser pointing to
  all/current/ReleaseAnnouncement?lang=en_CA; which is essentially the
same information as already shown in the dialog.

I expected it to send me to a place such as
  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/OneiricOcelot/ReleaseNotes instead. :)
