everything, including pam modules; considering this fixed now.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ia32-libs

We currently ship libpam0g in ia32-libs, but if an application needs
any of pam's modules, it'll try to use the 64 bit ones, which will
fail. Hence, we should add libpam-runtime to ia32-libs.
