Looks like the bug is actually that python-central failed to install

Setting up python-central (0.6.17) ...
 Package is in a very bad inconsistent state - you should
 reinstall it before attempting configuration.

screen-resolution-extra depended on that, so if python-central fails so
does s-r-e.
