Yes.  The wine package needs updated to build the 32-bit components on
i386, and the 64-bit components on amd64, and use multiarch to join the
two together.  It's a valid request to allow libfreetype6-dev to be
coinstallable, but that's ultimately not how we want to be building the
packages used on amd64.
