Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  For some reason I reported this bug 5 hours ago and now is nowhere to be found.
  Attempt #2
  The error message said to include syslog and partman. will do so.

  Release: 11.04
  Was just about finished installing and crashed, telling me to file a report.
