  Two problems when installing without an Internet connection

Bug description:
  Hello,

  I just installed gutsy on a new computer. I didn't attach it to the
  network while installing, and it caused two problems. These problems
  are quite easy for experienced users to fix, but I think that they
  might be annoying for newcomers.

  First of all, assuming that having an internet connection makes
  installation better, I think that the installation program should
  suggest that the user will connect his computer to the Internet if he
  can. In my case it was very easy, I just haven't thought about that.

  Now, to the actual problems:

  1. The ubuntu repositories weren't selected. After the installation
  finished, I connected my computer to the Internet and run update
  manager. It said that my machine was up to date. It was wrong - the
  repositories just weren't selected. I think that if I were an
  inexperienced user, my system would have remained insecure.

  2. The language I selected was half-installed. I chose to install my
  system in Hebrew, which is, I think, a language that isn't available
  on the installation CD. The result was that some of the items in the
  gnome menu were in Hebrew, but otherwise the system was in English.
  When I opened language manager before updating my system, the default
  language was Hebrew, but the list of languages included only English.
  After I updated my system, the list included Hebrew, and I selected
  it, and now everything is fine.
