Martin, upstart 1.4 is now included in precise. Could you retest with a
current daily to confirm whether the problem is still present?

Bug description:
I've been trying to install Precise from the latest daily builds and at the end of the installation process, it hangs leaving the computer fairly unresponsive. The machine has 4gb of ram.
This is reproduceable 100% of the time.
