What is the exact output you see when trying to install it?
Also, note that you can't actually build wine1.3 this way; multiarch
provides support for cross-compiling, but we don't have an amd64->i386
cross-compiler - only a biarch (multilib) compiler. To actually build
wine1.3, you'll need to set up an i386 chroot.
