@Ankur: Do you mean the job only starts if you comment out the "console
log"? Have you manually created /var/log/upstart/ ?

Bug description:
  console logged is listed as a valid stanza in upstart 0.5.0 under the
  Stanzas page in the wiki, but it doesn't function.

  The jobfile is:

  # START JOB
  console logged
  # END JOB

  Output from /var/log/messages:
  Feb 12 18:11:32 comet-k5-12 <1234462292,332230>init: /etc/init/jobs.d/foo+:1: Unknown stanza
