Launcher - Dragging and dropping a running application in to the Trash should quit the application and (if the app is pinned to the Launcher) un-pin the application from the Launcher

Bug description:
I have no idea what to say as the problem occurred during install from
a USB stick whose data came from your web site. When the crash
occurred, the message indicates the tools will automagically supply
needed data. What else can I say?
