Bug description:
  program launches displaying a list of 40 packages to remove, but display as 'cannot process because synaptic or other update manger is running', which is not the case (confirmed with system monitor).
  Running from terminal partially works, yields error messages;
  ~$ sudo computer-janitor clean --all
