  lucid -> precise main all upgrade: system upgrades but upgraded system
  is still lucid

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Lucid to Precise upgrade main all i386/amd64

  Lucid upgrades but not completely and the resulting system shows that it is still Lucid (lsb_release, kernel, version of python)
  The upgrade finish without error.
