- Open the unity dash
 - Type 'terminal' into the search field
 - Click on the icon labeled 'Terminal' when it appears.  This should bring up a new window with a line of text at the top.
 - type 'ls -l /etc/nologin' (without the quotes) and press Enter.
 - paste the output of the command to this bug.
