Just checked: deployment-daemon-zend-server is installed on my server, probably as part of the Zend Server CE.

Bug description:
  After trying to install php5-gd (for wordpress) I get the following
  message:

  $ sudo apt-get install php5-gd
  Reading package lists... Done
  Building dependency tree       
  Reading state information... Done
  Hmm, seems like the AutoRemover destroyed something which really
  shouldn't happen. Please file a bug report against apt.

   deployment-daemon-zend-server : Depends: php-zem-zend-server
  E: Internal Error, AutoRemover broke stuff
