The upgrade is failing because you have some custom PPA's and their associated packages installed.  You will need to remove those PPA's and their packages in order to proceed.  Consider using the tool 'ppa-purge' to do this.

  Yesterday, I upgraded my Ubuntu from 10.04 to 10.10, which seemed to
  work fine. Today I attempted to take it further to 11.04, but this
  failed somewhere in the process with no detailed explanation of what
  went wrong.
