I didn't notice this when doing an OEM install while testing changes in
ubiquity today on 12.04. I will test previous versions to see if I can
find the issue and to really see if it has been fixed. Thanks!

  ubiquity-frontend-kde version 1.99.6

  The "Installing system", formatting disk, etc. windows are not centered in the
  screen during the OEM install.
