Thank you for your report. Do you have a possibility to test a newer
version of pbuilder-dist in combination with nfs? If so, we could
determine whether the problem is fixed by a newer version or not. After
that we could determine what to do next.

Title:
[Lucid] pbuilder does not support nfs mounts

Status in “pbuilder” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Using pbuilder-dist on a nfs mounted directory it says
  W: /home/dbet1/.pbuilderrc does ot exist
E: Command line parameter [name of the dsc file] is not a valid .dsc file name

I have searched for the file which prints out the last message. I have
found it in /usr/lib/pbuilder-buildpackage. The message is printed
because the check that the file exists does not return true.

If I copy the source to a non nfs mounted directory pbuilder-dist
  runs.

Description: Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS Release: 10.04
  pbuilder 0.196ubuntu1
