[Bug 940009] [NEW] add erasedups to HISTCONTROL default user profile file .bashrc

Public bug reported:

erasedups is very useful configuration setting as otherwise history gets
quickly poluted with repeated commands. It is one of the first things I
do when I install new Ubuntu version (right after fixing resolution). It
would be nice to have it as default setting.

HISTCONTROL=ignoredups:ignorespace:erasedups

** Affects: bash (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
